The CABUYAO SEX scandal
The video in the scandal was a dean of the College of Nursing of the Pamantasan ng Cabuyao and his student.( Yet another scandal that hits the City of Cabuyao)
The Dean is charged for violation of Article 201 (Immoral and Obscene Publication) and Article 356 (Threatening to Publish Obscene Publication) but would also be charged for violation of RA 7877 (Anti-Sexual Harassment Act), RA 8353 (Anti-Rape Law) and RA 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in Person Act).

I think tama ang sinabi ng Dean sa imbestigador na hindi talaga sya dapat hulihin dahil may relasyon naman sila nung girl.. and mali nya lang para sakin e hindi nya dapat ikinalat ung video nila. Pero I think dapat maging fair ang mga pulis… looks like they were an intimate couple from the start so i think it was not rape… or ganun lang talaga ang ibang babae pag nahohorny… hmm?
